Member's Reflections
Wen Jie: I have learnt how to make a blog and to make sure that everyone does their tasks assigned as a group leader. I enjoyed the lessons given as I find making a blog, fun compared to the normal lessons where one would learn from the whiteboard how to write a proposal. We faced time constraint as we are unable to meet up to discuss on how to do the Teacher's Day card as we are busy with our CCAs. I would propose that we do this project during Semester 1 so that we do not need to rush the project as Semester 2 is a short Semester and that everyone is focusing on the upcoming End-Of-Year examinations.
Darryl: I have learnt that teamwork is crucial to complete this mini writing project. I enjoyed the lesson as we get to create a blog which is an uncommon tool for a writing project. While working on the project, what we write will not be saved immediately, therefore only one person can edit the post at a time or else some of the information might be lost when we refresh.
I would propose to have more time for the project as we are always rushing to complete the project.
Rachel: I learnt teamwork from the lessons. I enjoyed the lessons because they are interesting and meaningful. The difficulties our group faced is that we do not have enough time for the project to be completed and thus needed to be rushed.
I propose that we can do a PowerPoint slide instead of doing a blog.
Samanthe: I have learnt how to do a blog as I have never done one. I enjoyed the lesson because I got to work on a blog as a group. It is also meaningful as we are doing this project for Teacher's Day. We faced the difficulty of not doing the gift together as we do not have enough time to meet up. I would propose that we do it for more teachers instead of only one.
